With the floorplan module in the Scurto CMS you can add a jpeg of the units floor plan that will appear on the property details page. Then you can create rooms where you map out coordinates on top of the rooms, then assign images to that room so when a user scrolls over each room an image of that "area" appears for the user.  See attached Gif to learn how this is done.
